A half-day (5-hour) 24-35 passenger minibus in El Cerrito typically runs $750–$875 including driver. A 56-passenger motorcoach is quoted per itinerary. Because we are 38 minutes away in Hayward, we normally keep one vehicle and one driver with your group for the whole day, which is cheaper than sending a bus back and forth twice.
Sometimes, and when it cannot we say so before you book. Above Arlington Boulevard the streets are narrow with tight turns, so the usual answer is a minibus doing the hill leg and, on a big group, a coach staged down at El Cerrito Plaza where there is room to load.

Yes. We issue the COI ourselves, usually the same business day, naming the city facility, the school district or the venue as certificate holder with the endorsement wording their office asks for.
Yes. Both stations have workable bus staging, and we use them regularly as the meeting point for groups arriving from around the Bay so the coach is not idling on a residential block waiting for stragglers.
